Affiliate Purchases
Soft Life Slim primarily shares and promotes products through affiliate partnerships. If you purchase a product using one of my affiliate links, all returns, exchanges, and refunds must be handled directly with the retailer or brand from which the product was purchased. Their individual policies will apply, and Soft Life Slim does not process or authorize refunds on their behalf.

Direct or Pop-Up Sales
From time to time, Soft Life Slim may offer products directly (for example, gift baskets or special pop-up items). For these purchases, you may request a return or refund by contacting softlifeslimhq@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition. Please note: due to health and hygiene standards, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplements or personal care items

  • Custom or personalized gift sets

Responsibility for Returns
If you are returning a product purchased directly from Soft Life Slim, you are responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the product reaches us safely. We recommend using a trackable service for your protection.
